A dance inspired cycle workout for your body AND mind! ‘RHYDE’ is a fusion of ‘rhythm’ and ‘ride’ – it’s a fun, high energy cycle class which incorporates upper body conditioning and uses the principles of mindfulness. RHYDErs are encouraged to ‘be’ in the moment, immerse themselves and enjoy the multi-sensory experience whilst getting their heart racing and taking their workout wherever they want it to go...
