Hatha Yoga was originally intended to prep the body for deep meditation. Hatha Yoga encompasses almost all styles of modern yoga from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Ivengar to Power and Flow Yoga.

Your Hatha Yoga class will incorporate different forms of Hatha yoga for a calm and meaningful practice. You will be taken through a series of postures and breathing techniques to maximise your practice and encourage body alignment, relaxation and stretching of the muscles. It encompasses traditional yoga postures and breathing exercises, which together help to bring peace to both mind and body. This class is great for beginners and for students who prefer a more relaxed style of yoga.
