Our expert instructors will guide you through this station-based class and give you the motivation needed to maximise your workout. Conveniently located in St Davids Retail Park just off of Caernarfon Road, our Bangor gym is open 7 days a week. Join us for a session between 6am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 9pm close on Friday and 8am to 6pm on the weekends.
